Custom Fit
Customers selecting Custom Fit are contacted by our tailoring team after placing their order. Measurements are collected and confirmed before production begins.
Custom-fit and made-to-order products are created specifically for the customer and are subject to the conditions stated in our Refund & Return Policy.
Production and Delivery
Non-embroidered products are generally delivered within 7–10 business days. Embroidered and customised products are generally delivered within 7–15 business days, depending on the order and delivery location.
